I spend my time activating what my 11 year-old self knew: do it all. I am a multifaceted and charismatic educator and impassioned leader, atypical inspiration ambassador, and unapologetic student advocate. My all won’t align with everyone, but there’s a very special “some” for whom it does.

As an academic leader with an eighteen-year progressive career, Adegbola has achieved notable success directing initiatives critical to realizing academic excellence for a 150+ year-old public university. She is passionate about developing and executing strategies and programs to help individuals and teams identify their strengths and tap their potential. As a success champion within academia and beyond, she has developed high-achieving, championship-level students, opening opportunities with prestigious scholar programs and the Fortune 500. Globally traveled, Dr. Tosin has lived in the U.K., Nigeria, and The Gambia. She is conversant in Yoruba and actively learning multiple languages.
Adegbola is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace as well as Specialization in Leadership and Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Culture and an MA in Human Communication.
As a creative soul Dr. OluwaTosin Adegbola goes by Tosin Richard (she is Tosin, her dad is Richard, the better version of her). A simple yet complex bleeding-soul who embodies enough passions to last several lifetimes. In this lifetime, she is determined to explore every creative idea of which her 11 year-old self keeps reminding her.
